Ok its simple!  No hidden fees like the other guys.

Here's what it cost $135.00 a night

4 night minimum Phoenix/Scottsdale metro,

5 night minimum Payson, Prescott, Sedona,

6 night minimum Tucson & Flagstaff ,

8 night minimum Thermal CA,

that's it!

Over minimum night rentals call for discounted price!

  No hookup fee,  No waste fee,  No doc prep. fee,  No early pickup fee,  No added tax fee,  No insurance fee,  No high season fee,   No low season fee, No fuel fee,  No additional addition fee,  No mileage fee,  No weekend rate fee,

Of course there is a damage deposit of $500.00, but if you don't damage it

you don't lose it!

Now here's what you get!

FREE DELIVERY & SETUP !     within 150 miles of Scottsdale

1) Two full propane bottles.

2) Clean sheets for all beds & blankets.

3) Four clean bath towels & wash cloths.

4) Hand towel, soap, shampoo, hangers.

5) Four plates, cups, knifes, forks, spoons, bowls.

6) Dish towels, pots & pans, dish soap, trash bags.

7) Coffee maker w/ filters, coffee, toaster.

8) Microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator & freezer.

9) TV, radio, Cd player, lawn chairs, umbrella.

10) Delivery and pickup of RV within 150 miles of Scottsdale, AZ.

11) Setup; Water, Sewer and Electrical connected up to 40ft distance.

(note: 30 amp electrical service required to run Air-conditioning unit)

12) Service with a SMILE! : )

Lets get started!  Here's what I need.

• A phone call from you about the dates you want to reserve 480-330-3948 (Larry). E-mail is ok but phone call is quicker, larry@twistedtreefarm.com .

• If we agree and the dates work, I will fax or e-mail forms to fill out.

• Credit card number for charges and signature on the form.

• Must be 25 years of age.

• $500.00 Damage deposit will be credited back if no damage. Paid Up Front.

• $135.00 for each day you wish to rent. (4 to 6 day min.) Paid Up Front.

• Please Note; If you cancel after you have reserved the camper $300 is non refundable.

(Discounts might be available if over 6 night rental just ask!)
