You tell us where and we'll be there!  You virtually do nothing, we deliver, hook it up, turn it on..

This camper has a living area with hide-a-bed in the couch. 

Deluxe kitchen with a microwave, deep sink with a residential style, high arch faucet.  

Kitchen also has a gas cook top, refrigerator with freezer and a comfortable dinette area.

Private master bed room with queen size bed. 

4 Bunk Beds provides you abundant sleeping. 

Ok its simple!  No hidden fees like the other guys.

Here's what it cost $170.00 a day

with a 4 day minimum Phoenix/Scottsdale metro or 5 day minimum Tucson & Flagstaff that's it!

Over 6 day rentals call for discounted price!

Ok there's a $200.00 non refundable reservation fee, but if you don't cancel you don't lose it!

And of course there is a damage deposit of $400.00, but if you don't damage it you don't lose it!

FREE DELIVERY & SETUP !     within 150 miles of Scottsdale

1)Two full propane bottles.

2)Clean sheets for all beds.

3)Six clean bath towels & wash cloths.

4)Hand towel, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, blankets.

5)Six plates, cups, knifes, forks, spoons, bowls.

6)Dish towels, pots & pans, dish soap.

7) Coffee maker w/ filters & coffee, toaster.

8) Microwave, gas stove, refrigerator & freezer.

9)TV w/ DVD player, movies, radio, Cd player, lawn chairs.

10)Delivery and pickup of RV within 150 miles of Scottsdale, AZ.

11)Setup; Water, Sewer and Electrical connected up to 40ft distance.

(note: 30 amp electrical service required to run Air-conditioning unit)

12)Service with a SMILE! : )

Lets get started!  Here's what I need.

• A phone call from you about the dates you want to reserve 480-330-3948 (Larry). E-mail is ok but phone call is quicker, larry@twistedtreefarm.com .

• If we agree and the dates work, I will fax a form for you to fill out.

• I need three references, names and phone numbers on the form.

• Credit card number for charges and signature on the form.

• Must be 25 years of age.

• $400.00 Damage deposit will be credited back if no damage. Paid Up Front

• $170.00 for each day you wish to rent. (4 or 5 night min.) Paid Up Front
